Use These Policies For A Successful Event

The Collectors Choice Restaurant provides this Snohomish Banquet Planning Information to help guarantee a successful event or series of successful meetings. This information will help ensure the finest possible food and service for your Snohomish Banquet. When you are a guest, excellent food and service are our only goals.

The Snohomish restaurant offers full service breakfast, lunch and dinner banquets Monday through Saturday. Sunday is normally available for dinner banquets only. Please inquire: Call Bob or Donna, Judy or Nicole @ 360-568-1277.

And if you have a special menu in mind, please feel free to have the restaurant staff create the right touch for you.

The Snohomish restaurant banquet room offers a unique, intimate, private space for meetings, product reviews, cocktail parties, birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, office parties, fund raisers, rehearsal dinners and for just about any need or desire you may have.

The maximum number of guests the Snohomish Banquet room can accommodate is 45.

Access to the banquet room is off the sidewalk that runs along the patio and is just down the stairs from Second Street. Parking is available on Second Street, Glen Avenue and Union Street.

Timeliness Is Important: Menu selections, room setup requirements and all arrangements must be established no later than 5 days prior to the function for ordering purposes.

The restaurant requires a guarantee of the number of people that will be in attendance no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event.

You will be billed for the number of people you confirm for or the actual number of people who attend - Whichever is greater. The minimum guarantee must remain within 90% of your original estimated attendance or you will be charged the difference. We prepare food and beverage for 5% over the guaranteed number.

A partial room rental fee will be charged to all groups not reaching the food and beverage minimums. Our minimum is $200 for 20 guests or less. More than 20 guests, the minimum is $250.

A deposit of $100 for a day function or $150 for an evening function is required when making a reservation for the banquet room. This deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.

We require all parties of 10 or more to be on one check. (No individual checks). Tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to the cost of a function. The Host or Hostess is responsible for any non payment of charges.

Service And Setup: We provide the service, table settings and linens at no additional charge. Floral centerpieces, colored linen, candles, slide screen and other equipment are available for an additional charge.

We do not allow the following items to be used in the decoration of the banquet room: tape, nails, confetti, bird seed, glitter or flower petals. Special setup and removal of all decorations, personal equipment, flowers, etc., are the responsibility of the event Host/Hostess.

Food: The number of entrees you choose depends on the size of your party. Up to 20 guests, select 2 entrees off our regular menus. Parties over 20 people, select entrees from our banquet planning menu. We do not allow split orders in the banquet room. We do allow specialty desserts to be brought in so long as the dessert is served by a restaurant employee. There is a fee for serving your dessert.

Our beverage service offers a hosted bar or no host bar. We will not serve alcohol to any person not having proper identification or who shows signs of intoxication. Beer, wine and cocktails are all available in the banquet room. We do allow unopened wine, champagne and/or non-alcoholic bottled beverages to be brought to a function so long as they are served by restaurant employees. There will be a corkage or service fee of $10.00 per bottle opened.

Final Payment: final payment must be made at the conclusion of the function. The restaurant accepts credit and debit cards, pre-approved personal (in State) checks and cash. We are unable to Bill for Services.
