Fresh Salads On Our Dinner Menu


Dressings to choose from include: Our Famous Sweet and Sour, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Caesar, and Honey Mustard

Traditional Caesar Salad
Fresh Romaine tossed with garlic croutons, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing with lemon garnish.
Add a grilled chicken breast or grilled wild salmon
Wine Suggestion: Chardonnay or Merlot

Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach with mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese, sunflower seeds, garlic croutons, tomato and lemon. Served with our famous Sweet and Sour Dressing
Add chicken or shrimp if you desire
Wine Suggestion: Riesling

“Have It Your Way” Salad Over Fresh Romaine
Choose four of these ingredients:
Tomato, Egg, Guacamole, Artichoke Hearts, Ham, Turkey, Bacon, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Bleu Cheese.
Your choice of dressing. Half salad available
Wine Suggestion: Many choices depending on the ingredients and dressing you select

Smoked Salmon & Sugared Walnut Salad
Mixed greens tossed with honey-raspberry vinaigrette, Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and red onions. Topped with fresh alder smoked salmon and sugared walnuts. A "house favorite!"
Wine Suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc

Dungeness Crab & Bay Shrimp Salad
Black olives & tomato, sliced egg and lemon with Thousand Island Dressing. Half size available
Wine Suggestion: Chardonnay

Blackened Steak Salad
Certified Angus steak blackened and then thinly sliced and tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette, mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, red onion and Bleu cheese crumbles
Wine Suggestion: Shiraz



Pasta On The Dinner Menu


All pasta served with soup or salad and accompanied with garlic Parmesan bread. Sub Marinara for the garlic cream sauce on any pasta, if you'd prefer.

Classic Fettuccine Alfredo
Served with our delicious garlic bread. Add bay shrimp, prawns or a breast of chicken.
Wine Suggestion: Pinot Noir

Blackened Chicken Fettuccine
Fettuccine sautéed in our velvety garlic cream sauce and topped with chicken blackened in a cast iron skillet and topped with Parmesan cheese
Wine Suggestion: Riesling or Zinfandel

Chicken-Cheese Tortellini
Chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and broccoli and cheese tortellini and simmered in a garlic cream sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Wine Suggestion: Edna Valley Chardonnay or Blackstone Pinot Noir

Seafood Fettuccine
A Signature Entree. Arctic cod, clams, jumbo prawns and shrimp sautéed with sugar peas, tomato and dill in our garlic cream sauce and topped with shredded Parmesan
Wine Suggestion: Chardonnay

Most entrees served with your choice of rice pilaf, seasoned mashed potatoes or a baked potato and soup, chowder or a salad.

Fish And Chips
Beer battered arctic cod or halibut served with Asian cole slaw and fries (no soup or salad)
Wine Suggestion: Pinot Grigio

Tempura Prawns
Lightly battered prawns fried golden brown with Asian slaw, rice pilaf and sweet chili sauce (no soup or salad)
Wine Suggestion: Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay

Grilled Alaska Halibut or Wild Sockeye Salmon
Lightly floured, grilled and topped with fresh herb butter

Mango Halibut
Grilled Alaskan halibut filet topped with our delicious mango salsa

London Broil
Very tender marinated certified Angus beef, thin-sliced. Served with au jus and horseradish sauce, your choice of starch and soup or salad.
Wine Suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot

Sirloin Steak
Certified Angus Beef cooked to your specifications
Wine Suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon

10 Ounce Rib Eye Steak
Topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and Feta cheese
Wine Suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot or Zinfandel

BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Lean and perfectly tender. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables, your choice of potatoes or rice. Choice of soup, salad or chowder.

Chicken Parmigiana
Breast of chicken lightly breaded, oven-roasted with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and garlic cream sauce. Tomato and green onion garnish. Sub Marinara if you'd prefer.
Wine Suggestion: Many choices depending on your sauce

Almond Crusted Stuffed Chicken
Fresh breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, carmelized onions and mozzarella cheese, rolled in an almond breading, pan seared and finished in the oven.
Wine Suggestion: Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay

Artichoke Chicken Dijon
Breast of chicken sauteed with mushrooms, red onions and artichoke hearts. Finished in a rich Dijon garlic cream sauce

Served with Ruby Port Au jus and Horseradish sauce

The classic cheddar cheese burger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise

Garden Burger
Served on a Kaiser bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and roasted red pepper mayonnaise

Bacon Cheddar Burger
Thick Hormel Bacon, tomato, cheddar, lettuce and mayonnaise

California Chicken Burger
Grilled chicken breast topped with Swiss cheese and thick-sliced bacon. Served on a toasted Kaiser bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and guacamole

Patty Melt
Certified Angus beef patty on grilled Caraway rye bread with melted Swiss cheese and grilled onions

Swiss Burger Dip
Beef patty served on a toasted French roll with melted Swiss cheese. Accompanied with au jus. Add bacon if you'd like.

Garlic Mushroom Burger
Burger patty loaded with sauteed garlic and mushrooms and topped with Swiss cheese.

Sliders
Two (or three) mini cheddar burgers served with French fries.

Dungeness Crab Melt
Crab mized with celery, green onions and sour cream dressing served on a grilled English muffin topped with tomato slices and cheddar cheese. Finished in the oven and served with soup or salad or fries.
